How do I set up my partner portal? 

To gain access to the Partner portal, the person OR the company coordinator should send an email to accounts@sonnen-batterie.com with the following details: Full name, email address and company. Once the email is received, access will be granted within 1 – 2 business days and an email will be sent.  

Why does my Partner Portal not show information for the secondary unit(s) in a stacked installation? 

For sonnen stacked systems, the data is aggregated and presented just for the primary unit since they are essentially operating in tandem with one another, so you will not see the second unit in your partner portal.  

I lost access to Partner Portal. How can I regain access? 

To regain access to the partner portal, please email accounts@sonnen-batterie.com

How can I see all the units installed by me (my fleet) in the partner portal?  

The homeowner/ customer needs to give you the necessary permission to see the installed units and check performance and conduct routine maintenance.  

It also helps you to service the unit remotely and doing some basic checks to troubleshoot any issues.  

Ask the customer to go to his/her customer app and follow the instructions as per the screenshot below: 

Installer Service Function

The Service function is enabled by the customer, but the system still does not appear as part of my fleet to manage in the partner portal. Why? 

The correct certification ID needs to be used by installer to commission system properly to view in the Partner Portal. Ensure that only certified installers install the systems at customer sites and that the CORRECT certification ID is entered as shown in the screen below.

Why is there a lock Symbol on the partner portal?  

The lock (as indicated below in the screenshot) indicates that the customer information is locked.  

As part of the customer portal registration at my.sonnen.de, your customer must agree to the data protection and data use declaration. Only then can sonnen share customer data with the partner. Feel free to ask your customers whether they have already registered and are using the advantages of the customer portal. You can view the data from the time your customer registers and give permission to service their systems remotely. More information on this should be available in the Help section of the Partner portal.
