Here are some common questions to help you further.

Can I use the login data for the sonnen App also for the old my sonnen app?: Yes, the log in credentials are the same.
How can I log in to the new sonnen customer portal?: Until late 2023, you can still access the existing customer portal with your existing login details. These will remain unchanged. To log in to the new sonnen customer portal, please continue to use your existing username and password and simply log in as usual.
How much longer is the existing my sonnen App still available?: The existing my sonnen app will continue to work until late 2023. After that the my sonnen app will no longer function.
I have more than one address where I own sonnen products. Where do I see those?: Go to your accounts via the top right icon. You can find an overview of your addresses beneath “Your locations”. By clicking on the tiles, you will switch to the new address and see the products you own there.
I want to change my password, what should I do?: Under “Your Account” in the top right of the app, you will find the option “Change Password”.
What is the difference between the new sonnen App and the old one?: We improved the overall experience and included features which will help you to enjoy your regular app check-ins more. We also now provide the possibility to switch between different data modes of some components so that you can choose how detailed you want to view your data.
What new features are coming up?: We will continuously improve sonnen App by integrating exciting new features and including more data from your sonnenHome system. At the same time, we will be working hard to ensure all users have a flawless experience.
Why is the data of my system slightly different between the apps?: The new sonnen App uses an updated version of our software and shows more precise values. Therefore, there will be some slight deviations. Please use the new sonnen App as your reference for any data.
Will the desktop version be updated?: Yes, we will update the desktop version later this year to ensure that web and app experience are synchronized. Until then you can still use the current version as per usual.
